  I had been searching for a builder with the right balance of willing to take a risk and keeping me within the bounds of reality. Enter Mel and Terry, from the get go their responsiveness and communication was on point. I felt at ease with them from the moment they walked through our front door. In the first instance I could see the thoughts of ‘how on earth are we going to do this’ on Terrys face, but he pulled it all off and the result is even better than I had imagined. Their easy going nature was really put to the test a few times but they sailed through some faulty product issues without me even noticing there was a problem. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Kos & Co team to anyone looking for a builder to help make their dreams become reality. Thanks so much Mel and Terry!!
