Very impressed with all of the work Incredible Kitchens did for my full kitchen remodel, including connected alfresco space. Richard and his team were prompt, professional and communicated very well. The quality of work was excellent, and Richard brought plenty of fantastic ideas to elevate my own. Richard's network of quality trades (that he also scheduled) helped take all of the stress out of the project. Highly recommend, and would absolutely use them again.

We had a fantastic experience with Incredible Kitchens. Richard and his team really know what they’re doing. Everyone was professional, easy to deal with, and the whole process ran pretty much on time. There were only a couple of tiny hiccups along the way, and they were sorted out quickly and without any fuss. I’m absolutely thrilled with the end result; the quality of the cabinetry, stone, door handles and overall finish is excellent. The look and feel of the kitchen is exactly what I hoped for. Five out of five from me!

I highly recommend Incredible Kitchens. We weren't sure what we wanted or what was possible, but through their network of trades (builder, plumber, electrical) who were all in sync with each other, pleasant and well priced - we got an amazing result. Of course the great design and concept work of Richard helped immensely and he gave us time and attention to work through and figure out all the details we hadn't thought of. After months of dreading our impending kitchen renovation, we narrowed our choice of companies down to Incredible Kitchens. It’s probably the best decision I have made this year. There is no doubt that Richard and his team are the best for this work. I had no idea how to remodel our 51 year old kitchen, so I left it to the experts at Incredible Kitchens, and we are so happy with the end result. Everything was on time and the whole process went smoothly and stress free. Richard was really good at keeping us informed every step of the way. Incredible Kitchens have made the whole process so easy and we now have a kitchen that we love!

We asked Richard and his team at Incredible Kitchens to help us with a full kitchen remodel in our Newstead apartment (complete removal and replacement of existing cabinetry, appliances, sink etc). From the very first meeting with Richard to discuss what we were hoping to achieve, we were absolutely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise he & his team brought to us. We were provided with accurate, fully-detailed quotes and a schedule of works (all project-managed by Richard, using excellent tradespeople who without exception were fantastic to deal with) that really fit our situation – once we’d sorted through the details, and got the ball rolling, we received some amazingly detailed mock-up plans so we could visualise how our new kitchen would look. Richard was happy to work with us on some minor changes we wanted – nothing was too much trouble. On acceptance of the quote, we locked in the dates, and the Incredible Kitchens team showed up on time, every day. If there were any delays beyond their control, they communicated with us straight away and the project was completed absolutely seamlessly. The quality of the cabinetry, joinery & finishes is absolutely top-notch, the benchtop in YDL Mahal Ivory is perfect, the Polytec Cove cabinet doors look amazing, and we are beyond stoked with the beautiful kitchen the Incredible Kitchens team has built us. What once was a tired, nearly 20 year old kitchen with some outdated finishes & fittings is now a bespoke ‘heart of the home’ space that is beautiful from every angle. We have lost count of the amount of times we’ve caught each other staring at it, and saying ‘How good does it look??’. Thank you Richard, and also a huge thanks to our main cabinet maker Luke – we could not recommend the IK team more highly!

We contracted Incredible Kitchens to renovate our kitchen, pantry and laundry. Richard and his team were fantastic throughout the process. The quality finishes and attention to detail was perfect. Would highly recommend especially if you are looking for something more bespoke.
