  Kel and his team are wonderful to deal with. Kel came over to our home and quoted me for multiple jobs which included switching out 16 door handles (so they would all match), add grout to tiles where some was missing, fix a sliding door which was hard to open/close, hang canvas photos in a stairway, etc. I recieved the quote from Kel promptly and he was incredibly with communication. Kel stayed on budget and as quoted which is always a bonus. He has also organised a painter to help with various jobs needing to be done which is incredible. I could not recommend Kel more and he will now remain as out first point of call when required for our home.

  Kel and his team did a variety of jobs around my house that spanned over 3 days. No job was too big or too small. The whole team were professional and it was quite evident that they all took pride in their work. Kel kept me updated throughout the whole process regarding a potential start date etc. I would not hesitate in recommending HMC to family/friends and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

  Kel was very professional and had great communication. I had a few challenges with a bathroom ensuite remodel, I needed to get done within a few days to make it wheelchair accessible for my Dad before he moved into his unit. Not only did Kel and Shane manage to get the jobs done that I had set for them, they did it in excellent time, their work was professional & the finished remodel came out better than I had expected. I would highly recommend Kel and his team and know if I need any tricky jobs done in future, I know who to contact.

  We were burgled with a heavy side garage door broken. No one wanted to attend but Kel responded, turned up as promised and completed a difficult job with really great professionalism. He is very pleasant and has the best layout of tradesman tools I’ve ever seen - a good indication of his quality. I really strongly recommend Kel for all those finicky house maintenance jobs.   Kel and Shane provided significant assistance across a number of maintenance issues and provided fabulous recommendations where needed to support the delivery. The team were flexible and professional at all times. Great communication throughout the whole of the project. Parts of the project were not straight forward, and in those instances Kel provided options and actively listened to input and implemented on agreed solutions within a timely manner. Kel was very good with his problem solving and costs were managed effectively - already on budget and provided options to support reducing cost where possible. They always turned up as promised. The job site was clear and clean. I was very happy with the project deliverables. Kel is friendly, approachable and considerate. I would absolutely get Kel to do other jobs for me and highly recommend Handy Maintenace Co.
