Exceed Inspections performed an inspection of my apartment balcony after my neighbour below had noticed water dripping through. Brett is friendly, polite, experienced and knowledgeable and was flexible in arranging a time for the inspection to accommodate both myself and my neighbour. The report provided by Brett was detailed and very clear regarding the current state of the balcony and the defects present. Brett also included in the report his recommendations for the remedial work required. This will be very helpful to me as I seek quotes from repairers. My experience with Brett from Exceed Inspections was very positive. The report and advice I received was good value. I would recommend Exceed to anyone requiring building inspection.
