As a member of the Owners Corporation Committee in the building where I live, in Melbourne, I was asked to try and locate some invoices and supporting documentation from years ago, seeing the building management company had changed in the intervening years. Kathryn went above and beyond to help, and was successful in locating the documents we needed.   Roscon completed a building defects report for our complex through our Body Corporate Manager. The staff were really professional and we achieved a great result through insurance. The Roscon report resulted in the insurance company completing over $500K in rectification works.

  Power went completely dead in our apartment. As it was the weekend body corporate was not available so contacted Roscon as we needed to gain access to the main switch board for the building, they were fantastic guy came out to the apartment blocks within an hour. Power back up and running! Absolute lifesaver! Couldn’t recommend more.
