He replied straight away, gave advice, and pointed out things that weren’t technically part of the job — that alone says everything about his integrity. As a first-home buyer, I had no idea about a lot of things, but Jack took the time to explain everything clearly. He was calm and polite throughout the journey even to my stupid questions. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his assessments, which gave us great confidence in his feedback. Thanks to him, we avoided purchasing a property that would have led to many problems.
