I was very pleased with the tremendous service I received from Permit Approvals Plus. Mine was a complex build which took years to complete. David was very skilled at responding to queries, picking up problems and advising solutions. I would highly recommend using this company. Great to see two competent young inspectors (including a female) in the team! Thank you for your incredible support.

Carland Constructions has worked with the Permit Approvals Plus team on multiple projects over the years, and have also engaged them for our own home. The reason being is that they by far the best surveyors we have worked with. They are hard on as as builders, holding us accountable, which any homeowner or architect should want. They get back to us extremely quick and are so approachable, but also willing to work with you to find a solution. In an industry that seems to be broken, with a lot of misconceptions about building surveyors, Permit Approvals Plus are providing a positive light into a building industry on its knees.
