Detail Building Inspections

Engaged Adam to do staged inspections of our new build. He was very thorough and provided detailed reports. Picked up a few things that our builder had not when they did their inspections. Very happy with Adam's service. Would definitely use Adam again for our next project!

Stuart and I engaged Adam for our Practical Completion Inspection and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We had numerous issues with our build leading up to our handover, including two significant water leaks which resulted in having to reschedule him 3 times. Had Detail Building Inspections do my building inspection when we purchased our house, I could not ask for a better experience..they were so honest with us with what needed to be done to the house, they were unmatched in quotes and service.
