Highly recommend Artekton for building inspections. David did our pre-purchase building & pest inspection, and it was the most thorough report I've come across!! He was very helpful, answered all our questions about issues he uncovered, and attended to the inspection within 24 hours - meaning we got the full report with plenty of time to make a decision during our 2 day cooling off period. He's also super friendly, and I'll be using him for all our future inspections.

Very impressed with David's depth of knowledge and his thoroughness. The Report was very comprehensive and included suggestions for ongoing maintenance issues to be aware of.
