I needed a Pre-Purchase Inspection at very short notice - Mike fit me in without any issues. His report was extremely thorough with many photos, emailed the same day as the inspection. He responded to a missed call immediately, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Mike is incredible. He is so knowledgeable, supportive, diligent, professional, clear and concise in everything he does. I called him for an initial chat at 6pm, sent our build details at 9pm and he was onsite the very next morning at 10am saving me $1500 in my build. This was all before paying him a cent for his time. I have recommend him at least 10 times and every one who speaks to him ends up using his services. He makes a stressful time with defects so simple. Reports are clear and easy for the builder to rectify. His communication is incredible and his charges are beyond reasonable. 7 stages for under $2000 and knowing we even have support after handover with a 3 month inspection is peace of mind. I would never consider building without using Mike and Sally. Thank you for all you've helped us with so far. Five stars is not enough. 10/10. No hassles trying to chase the builder to fix mistakes and defects when it is in a black and white report for them. You've saved me pain, stress and heartache arguing with a volume builder who couldn't care less.

I found Mike very professional, responsive, reasonable and thorough in a pre-purchase inspection of an established house.
