I can’t speak highly enough of the recent experience I had with Building Inspectors Adelaide. From the very first communication through to the final follow-up, their professionalism, responsiveness and genuine care truly set them apart. Coming from interstate and having to heavily rely on a company I could trust, I was absolutely blown away. Their customer communication was exceptional; always clear, informative and timely. The site visit was conducted promptly and thoroughly, with a comprehensive written report that addressed details beyond my expectations. Purchasing a home from the 1800s can naturally come with concerns, so I’m glad they recommended to arranging a termite inspection. The reassurance that there were no signs of termites, combined with a thorough understanding of the home’s overall condition, gave me confidence moving forward. Building Inspectors Adelaide removed the worry of unknown issues that could have arisen had I not taken this crucial step in the home-buying process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. The whole team’s informative follow-up conversations made me feel genuinely supported and confident that I was taken care of from start to finish. Five-star recommendation for Building Inspectors Adelaide to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy building inspection service. I only wish every company operated with the same level of integrity, care and thoroughness. Sarah Y

Christine and the team at Building Inspectors Adelaide have been stellar. They have conducted two building inspections for us so far, and both reports have been absolutely essential in helping my wife, Bronwin, and me understand what each home purchase would truly entail. Each report was thorough, practical, and presented as a clear, straightforward checklist of what needs to be done to bring a property up to a good standard of quality and comfort. A big thank you to Christine and the team for all their excellent work - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Nick's attention to detail is absolutely pristine. He goes through your quote and contract and ensures you get everything the builders are meant to provide. Our Bushfire rating was different from the same suburb zone and site supervisor must not have taken that into account in turn our garage door and main door didn't have the protection around it. Nick spotted that and included that in the report during PCI. Same day report after payment. You can't go wrong with these guys. Found several other small and big faults that the builder's inspector missed. He's also went into the roof and noted the insulation material was moved by trades. Love his work and Christine's work in the office. Awesome team.

Building Inspectors Adelaide have been incredibly valuable to us for our house building experience. Throughout the process they have identified items to be rectified, that we would not have picked up ourselves, or could have been costly to fix later. This ranged from painting defects to missed or incorrect bracing. Given the challenges in the construction sector, having a building inspector helps identify where mistakes are made, and provides a thorough report each stage to show what's still an open issue. If we build or renovate again, we would be getting BIA to do our inspections to make sure we don't have issues later.
