Integrity House Inspections Pty Ltd

Steve at Integrity House Inspections was excellent - he accommodated my last minute house inspection in the timeframe I needed with only very short notice, submitting the inspection report on time exactly when he said it would arrive. Immediately following the inspection itself, Steve called to provide a verbal summary of any red flag items (thankfully none in my case!). The quality and detail of the report was excellent with no stone left unturned (including detailed underfloor and ceiling inspections with photos and commentary). Steve provides not only reporting on any issues, but clear resolutions and DIY suggestions which were very helpful. Since purchasing the property, I’ve used Steve’s inspection report as the basis of a scope of work for maintenance and minor works I will undertake over the next 12 months. Every penny well spent, I highly recommend his services.

Steve completed two inspections for us and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough! It was clear he put lots of time and energy into the inspection and report, with lots of photos and language we could understand. He was also happy to answer any building related questions we had which was super helpful as we both work in healthcare and have no idea! Thanks Steve!

Received a seamless service from enquiry to the report. Quick and honestly sensible quotation Steve had to re-adjust his schedule to accomodate my fast approaching cooling off period. Received a detailed report and recommendations. Report can be used to formulate a building and pest future maintenance plan too.

Steve has been incredibly helpful during stressful moments. He responded quickly, conducted a thorough inspection, and provided excellent recommendations. If you're looking for a reliable building inspector, he’s the one to call! Thanks again for your professional service.

We highly recommend Steve, the report provided was thorough and set us up well moving into a new home. The information gave us peace of mind, as well as some good notes to keep in mind for maintenance into the future. A total professional and someone who cares about his clients. Legendary!

Steve was professional, understanding and accomodating. The report provided was more indepth and comprehensive than we could have imagined. Steve found items that the owners weren't aware of and was happy to reinspect after repairs were completed. Steve also took the time to explain everything on the phone as well to ensure i understood. We would not hesitate to recommend Steve to family and friends. Thanks so much Steve.
