  I have had the privilege to work with Chris for a second inspection of my recent property purchase, and I couldn’t be more impressed by his professionalism and interest to help. Organising a time for inspection was fast and effortless, Chris managed all the communication with the real estate agent which I found was very helpful. The inspection was smooth and on-time. Chris also made a point to give a debrief through the phone as well as following up with a detailed report, which was easy to read and backed up with photos and helpful comparison to general practices. A big shoutout to Sue from Chris’ team to also make the admin side very easy. Overall, 10/10 service and would recommend Just Inspection to any future home buyers.

  We recently purchased a house in Mount Gambier, SA, and needed a building and pest inspection for our pre-settlement inspection. It was quite difficult to find a company in Mount Gambier that offered both services together, so we initially thought we’d have to book them separately. After searching through Google, we came across Just Inspection Company and were impressed by the amazing reviews. We decided to call, and Chris was extremely approachable and helpful. Even though the property was about five hours’ drive from Adelaide, he accepted the job without hesitation and was very accommodating from start to finish. The inspection report he provided by email was professional, detailed, and easy to understand. Chris even took the time to go through the findings with us over the phone, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind moving forward with our purchase. I’m really glad we chose Chris for the inspection. I highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone in South Australia looking for reliable building and pest inspection services.
