CERTBUILD

I have worked with Accredited Certifiers for many years and as such I believe I have the knowledge and experience to be able to confidently state here, that Ben from CERTBUILD is one of the most knowledgeable Certifiers I have ever have worked with. His knowledge is very comprehensive, but more importantly for me, is that his manner of describing various convoluted requirements, leaves you with a very strong understanding of these. This has been a very reassuring feeling for me. especially so with a very recent matter that I am still currently working on. Ben has always been patient in his explanations, and that is one of his qualities that I truly appreciate. I have no hesitation in recommending CERTBUILD, and Ben, to anyone requiring the services of a an Accredited Certifier. You will have chosen well!

Ben from CERTBUILD is highly recommended. Having spoken to and interviewed 10 different certifiers for complying development, Ben was the only one who actually took the time to explain the reasons why I had to apply for a Development Application. His many years of Council experience shone through. During the process, Ben was very communicative, providing a clear path of documentation, requirements and gave me valuable advice when the DA was approved on how to apply for a refusal of work zone that was a condition of the DA. The Council Traffic Engineer saw my point of view (thanks to Ben explaining to me) and it saved cost and time. During the building phase, Ben was always available to talk and prompt in being on site for inspections. His professionalism came through more than once with the builder and attention to detail was a big part of the smooth process. Thanks Ben. Much appreciated all the help with everything.

Recently dealt with Ben at certbuild, who gave great advice and helped me thoroughly through the whole construction certificate process for the renovations of our home. I highly recommend him if you need a private certifier.
