I can't express just how helpful John has been over our strata pool certification process. From the initial inspection (where some issues needing rectification were highlighted) through the process of getting works done, John has been responsive, clear, considered, and fast in all responses. He has come out to the property numerous times to meet with us and our contractors. John is a part of the solution rather than a part of the problem, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

His communication is clear and concise, and he's a problem-solver, which is worth its weight in gold when you've got a problem to solve! Glad we are using John and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

John is simply outstanding. He was incredibly professional and responsive from first phone interactions all the way through to in-person assessment. As for his skill, he proved to be perfectly thorough and a true expert in the field. I know that having compared his work directly with others who I now realise are far from his calibre. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and definitely recommend him to others.

I engaged John to draft an Expert Witness Report outlining defects in a kitchen renovation in Centennial Park, to help me prepare a case against a builder - Create Holdings t/a Eastern Suburbs Home Improvements - for NCAT.
