I called The Property Inspectors on a Saturday of a public holiday weekend at 6pm as I really needed an opinion on a crack in a retaining wall for a property I was about to purchase. The B&P inspector was kind enough to take time out of his Saturday night to help me understand whether the crack would be an issue and whether I should pass on the property because of it. He was very knowledgable and his guidance at the last minute was brilliant.
