Michael conducted a strata report review for us on a property we had our "eye on". The original report provided by the strata was a long, messy document with no chronology, but Michael took the time to review it thoroughly and provide his insight. His report outlined all the key info of note, and outlined any potential risks and concerns on the strata's management. He kindly took the time to speak with me over the phone later on to elaborate on his observations, which was invaluable. His insight answered many questions that the original report had raised, and ultimately helped us make the right choice in buying our first home.

I am so happy that I found EYEON to help me unpack my strata report. I had purchased my strata report from a third party, ‘Before You Buy’ and it included 400+ pages. Due to my limited knowledge of financial literacy, it was hard for me to understand most parts. The inspector, Mathew, who completed my strata report did not seem like he wanted to help me and advised me to speak to a solicitor, although he was the one suggesting on the report that if I had any questions, then I should reach out. I've just requested my third strata report from EYEON. The previous two reports highlighted defect issues that had been downplayed or were unknown to the RE agents. The EYEON reports were extensive and provided records of correspondence and minutes from the owners corps and their legal advisers. I was therefore able to make informed cool-headed decisions about the properties concerned. While the apartments themselves were attractive and suited my needs, the prospect of costly defect rectification payments (~$80,000) and ongoing associated litigation costs, meant I was comfortable walking away from becoming entangled. EYEON staff have always responded promptly, and reports have been provided within a matter of days of request. Very happy to recommend.

Highly recommend EYEON to anyone looking to buy property. The property I was interested in already had a strata report arranged by the agent. Luckily, my lawyer recommended getting an independent report done just to be sure. As it turned out, the strata report supplied by the agent was missing important information relating to planned major works in the building, therefore, failing to highlight the fact that significant special levies or a loan will be required – very disappointing and misleading. EYEON’s customer service team have also provided a wonderful support, spending close to an hour on the phone with me going through the report and its findings.
