Wow Homes really wowed us from start to finish! From the first meeting all the way to handover, the entire team was professional, honest, and super helpful. One of the biggest wow moments for us was how honest they were with money — there were a few times we had already signed and paid for items, but after the job was done, Wow Homes came back to us saying the actual cost was lower and refunded the extra. That level of integrity truly wowed us. The quality of the build also deserves a big wow. We brought in an independent inspector to check everything, and he was genuinely wowed by the workmanship. He said it was one of the better-built homes he’s seen lately. A special wow goes to Hannah from the prestart team. She was absolutely amazing — patient, knowledgeable, and full of helpful advice. She guided us through every choice with care and made sure we felt confident about every decision. Her support really helped shape the home we love today. And of course, a massive wow to our site supervisor Darren Williams — he was outstanding. Always on top of things, super professional, and clearly cared about getting every detail right. Recently built a house with wow homes, and it was a very smooth and easy process. We had consulted a separate company prior to wow homes and they believed we had to sell our car in order to afford a house, despite my husband and I earning quite a decent joint income. Going into wow homes, we met with Dan, who broke down what we could afford with our salary in a way that didn’t maximise our weekly pay. He was very helpful, especially when our first block of land fell through and Dan was able to secure a better block within 48 hours. Thank you Wow homes for a smooth build journey under 12mo. Zac was amazing to work with from the beginning, securing us the perfect piece of land and making tailored recommendations for the plans. Allanah was lovely and patient at prestart, and Darren the build supervisor has a tough gig but does it so well. The whole team were prompt with communication and I thoroughly recommend them!

We began our time with WOW homes over the Xmas break 2023, with just an interest in finding out how much of a deposit we would need to buy a house. After meeting with Dan we were surprised to find that we were able to easily get finance and move forward with the build. The process was straightforward, and we have had a very positive experience as a first-time build. Our family went through a significant crisis that meant the house building process did not get a lot of our attention. However, the build just carried on efficiently and quietly in the background. The slab went down in August 2024, and we picked up our keys to a 4/2 home with a theatre on the 16th of May 2025. It was ready quicker than we expected! Speaking to those living around us we know that this is not the case for everybody and were very pleased to have chosen WOW homes. I would happily recommend them to anybody, and especially someone wanting to build for the first time. We have felt very lucky and happy to be settled into our family home.
