  I initially met Anthony and spoke with him about purchasing land. I explained that I was serious and had pre-approval in place. I gave him the specifications of what I wanted and he delivered. I’m very grateful that he kept me in the loop throughout the process and returned my calls, even out of hours at times, which I really appreciated. That said, I do wish I had been told more about what aspects I could customise, and whether there was some sort of visualiser available to see what the finished product would look like. Sending someone a floor plan alone can be difficult to interpret, especially as a first-time buyer. Thanks Danna for the pre-start. I felt she had great knowledge, understood my vision and was able to make suggestions based on her experience. It wasn’t an upsell, she genuinely listened and knew exactly what I wanted. She helped me with the colours. Originally, I was sent to another company Aveling use for interior designs, but they weren’t great to be honest, and they offered colours that Aveling don’t have in the showroom, so it doesn’t make sense to do that before pre-start. I’ve had to make some changes and she has gone above and beyond to make it happen.

  Very well presented company and have been looked after by Anthony, who has been awsome as we go through the process of building our new home. Update now our home is finished and just recieved the keys. From start to finish Aveling Homes has been great. A big shout out to Dana and Mal who have done a terrific job helping us through building. I would give them a 10 out of 5 if I could. We were kept up to date on everything and any concerns were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Once again thanks to Aveling homes for making our new home stress free.

  Sandy and I wish to thank Aveling Homes for building our forever home. We demolished our house in Mullaloo and subdivided the block. Right from the beginning Ryan was very helpful in designing a house to fit our now small block and went above and beyond. We did hit a little speed bump in the middle of the build with some communication but this was rectified once our office contact had changed. Towards the end of the build I was diagnosed with some serious health issues and Breanna our new office contact and Joe our supervisor both went above and beyond and helped us through the final stages of the build. We are very happy with the outcome of the design of the house, the time frame and the workmanship. Sandy and I would be more than happy to recommend Aveling Homes to any of our family or friends as a choice of a builder.

  March last year after looking around for builders it was quite a challenge to find the right one that suit my needs and budget. Fortunately I came across Aveling Homes who made me feel more comfortable and relaxed with their services. I found Aveling's staff to be very friendly and professional!!!   Being a First Home Builder there were many uncertainties with worrying stories on the daily news, however I am glad I chose Aveling Homes. I would especially like to express my gratitude towards Mark for being there for me every step of the way from choosing the right location, design and overall being someone I could talk to and discuss about any issues or anything that I wasn't sure about. Yes the time from building to finish was longer than expected, but the quality is great and there were no extra or hidden costs, I actually received a surplus returned from a different material used. Looking back there were times when the nextdoor builders would dump their unwanted materials over on my site, but Walter was very professional, told me it's one of those things that unfortunately happens in the industry but don't worry he's got it under control, next time I went to inspect it was all sorted. You can trust what you see, take whatever you hear with a grain of salt and to me the staff at Aveling Homes delivered. Certain problems can show up even if they're doing the right thing, but the builders at Aveling would explain as transparent as can be and such issues would be dealt with. Whenever I was in doubt or had any questions, I would ask and it would be answered, either by Mark, the builders Walter and Cameron or by the Senior Construction Consultant Danna. I am not saying that there were no arguments along the way, but in hindsight it was mostly through my inexperience of building a house or being too sensitive to bad news and I am happy to have made my first home with Aveling, with their professionalism and transparency, overall made my first home building experience enjoyable. Aveling would gladly be my first choice of making another in the future with Mark, Walter, Cameron and Danna. Thanks for doing a wonderful job 😊
