  From planning through to warranty/maintenance stage, the Directors/Owners of Chross Homes have been consistently fair, responsive, and true to their word. As a first-time home builder, I was nervous and had many questions, but they met every query with patience and detailed explanations, making me feel supported and at ease. Their clear communication and professionalism ensured the entire experience was reassuring. They completed and handed over the home a touch earlier than I forecasted, which was greatly appreciated. Importantly, they showed genuine consideration for personal circumstances when timing sensitivities arose, even where this required flexibility beyond the usually, strict terms of the contract. On an occasion where minor unforeseen work needed to be done, they charged at cost — a reflection of their customer-focused approach, fairness and transparency. Jov’s guidance on interior details and finishes helped me overcome analysis paralysis, while Oscar and Chris were switched on and very patient responding to technical queries and building-related clarifications. Overall, their integrity, reliability, and commitment to delivering on their promises was positive and hence decided to build again with them. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wishing to build with peace of mind. To Jov, Oscar and Chris — as your success sends your waiting list into the next decade, I hope you’ll still consider sneaking me in the future!

  Honestly couldn't ask for more. The team at Chross bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our build. In a tough time for the industry, I had constant communication and consistent progress on our home, which allowed me to have full confidence in our build that it was being built not only to such a high standard, but also incredibly efficiently. The team built our dream home for us, and we are so grateful to Chris, Oscar and Jovana for everything they did for us. This is the 3rd home I have built, and my 3rd builder. Chross would without question be my first choice if I was going to build again. Thank you guys 🫶

  I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Chross Homes and the exceptional service I received during the building of my home. After my previous builder company went under, I was understandably concerned about the future of my home. However, when Chross Homes took over, I felt a renewed sense of hope. The entire process was remarkably smooth and took just about six months to complete. Chris and Oscar truly stood out throughout the building process. They were always responsive to my concerns and provided guidance and support whenever I needed it. Their professionalism and dedication to delivering a quality home made a significant difference during a difficult time. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work and commitment that the Chross Homes team displayed. I’ve now settled into my new home and couldn’t be happier.   I started my journey with Chross Homes & Developments based on a recommendation from someone in the business. Having already paid a deposit to a larger more well known builder I was reluctant at first. From my first meeting with Chris and Oscar, I knew my build was in the best hands and that they would deliver the personal experience I was looking for. Chross Homes saw my vision and made it a reality. Oscar, Chris and Jovanna made me feel like I was the only client they had. Every request was answered with 'Yes, leave it with me'. Their communication is impeccably timed, honest and forthright. It is clear the company is driven by a high levels of professionalism, which translates to the quality and craftmanship of their builds. I'm very glad I chose a boutique builder, supporting local families. Although the initial quote was slightly higher then the stock builder, my build ONLY took eight months and was bang on budget with no nasty surprises. I have lived here now for 12 months and love my home. After delivery any minor defects where catalogued and dealt with within weeks. In fact they had to chase me 😆. This is the second house I have built and my previous experience with a different builder was not so pleasant. Honestly this was a breeze and I would do it again tomorrow with Chross Homes & Developments. Thanks again for my gorgeous home, I wish you many years of continued success.   We have recently signed up with Chross Homes and Developments to build our new home. It has been such an easy process so far and Chris and Oscar have been so helpful with our many questions. We knew that we had a tight budget to achieve what we wanted, however Chross have managed to accommodate everything we were asking for! No question is too much trouble and their customer service has far exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a stress free experience with great communication and customer service, I would highly recommend chatting with the guys at Chross.
