We really felt apart of the journey and enjoyed the family friendly approach they have. If you’re looking for a character renovation and reading this I would highly recommend them.

  We had been planning a renovation for years, even going as far as getting designs drawn up, but no one really captured what we were hoping for our house in Inglewood. Then we went through one of the Thomasz renovations and it was just perfect: real care for the heritage of a home while also modernising it. Jared and Sacha started work on our place in March and by December the job was done and it looks incredible. Every possible care was taken, the team they put together was professional, friendly and responsive, and the care and quality was excellent. We really couldn't be happier both with the design and vision and the end result. Thank you Sacha and Jared (and Sean and the team) for an amazing renovation!

  By far the best decision we ever made was to engage Thomasz Developments to do our renovation. Jared was so professional and easy to get on with. The whole process was drama free , on time and on budget and the result and finish far exceeded our expectations. They also incorporated great ideas that we would never have thought of. Cant thank you enough, we are so happy with our new home.

  We first heard of Thomasz Developments when renovated my parents neighbours house on Crawford Road. We were very impressed with the overall product, so decided to contact Jared and Sacha when we decided to renovate and extend our house in Bedford. We had quotes from a few builders but immediately liked their vibe. From the outset, Jared and Sacha were highly professional, quick with their responses and innovative with their design ideas. They were incredibly helpful during the process of designing/amending our plans and then getting them through council. They also worked with our budget and offered solutions throughout when any issue arose. Once our plans were through, demolition and building commenced almost immediately. Even during a period when builders can't find trades, there was someone always onsite getting the work done, Jared had it all expertly lined up so that no time was wasted. We watched the process closely, and made a few changes here and there. This was very important to us, as we wanted to still be involved throughout the process so it was great to find a builder who was open to this. Sacha dealt with my many emails and phone calls with so much patience and understanding. After 6 months it was time for handover, and the end product was even better than we had imagined. Our home is everything that we could have asked for, and the quality of the workmanship at every stage of the build is remarkable. We have been asked multiple times since moving in who our builder is, and we are more than happy to pass on our recommendation of Thomasz Developments. Jared and Sacha make a fantastic team, and together have created a beautiful home for us. Thank you both!

  Love, love, love Sacha's work. This is the second time I have engaged Sacha for a renovation project. Firstly for an investment unit and secondly for our apartment. Excellent quality/workmanship and innovative design. Extremely happy with the four week turnaround. I highly recommend Thomasz Developments and look forward to working with them again on future projects!
