Last year my partner and I made the decision to build our own home and were referred to Dreamstart Homes who have been incredible throughout this experience. Our design consultant Omar Khirzad has gone above and beyond for us, walking us through every detail ensuring we understand everything as being first time home builders, it’s all a bit overwhelming. Even now that we are past the design stage, Omar is always available for us to contact with any queries/recommendations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering building.

We’ve been living in our Dreamstart Homes build for almost six months now, and we’re very happy with the result, exactly as shown in the attached photo. The entire process took around 12 months, from when the slab went down in July 2024 through to PCI in June 2025. The base design from Dreamstart Homes already suited our needs very well, and we only needed a few small adjustments to the layout. The team supported these changes without any issues, and the final outcome fits our lifestyle perfectly. We’d like to give special thanks to a few people who made the experience even better: - Omar Khirzad (Senior Finance and Design Consultant): Thank you for helping us secure the land we needed, guiding us through the design process, and accommodating our requests for layout adjustments. - Lily Petch (Client Liaison): Thank you for keeping us updated with progress throughout the build and for always accommodating our questions and inquiries. - Sunny (Site Supervisor): Thank you for ensuring the build progressed within the timeline we needed, allowing us to move into our new home without delay. - Dahna Cowie (Service Coordinator): We appreciate your quick responses during our first couple of weeks in the home. Any issues we raised were handled promptly and professionally. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the quality of the home and the service provided by Dreamstart Homes. If we are fortunate enough to build again in the future, we would be happy to choose Dreamstart Homes once more.

Building our first home was a leap into the unknown-until Dreamstart Homes stepped in. From day one, Omar's professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail turned uncertainty into excitement. Every question was answered with clarity and care, making us feel heard and supported. What truly set him apart was the human connection. We weren’t just clients-we were collaborators. He listened, adapted, and delivered a home that feels unmistakably ours. We’ve already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. If someone’s dreaming of their perfect home, we’ll always say: start with Dreamstart. Wishing your team continued success in bringing more dreams to life. With love and support, Melody & Joseph

I am building for the first time in my life. Omar Khirzad from DreamStart has been a pleasure to work with. In the beginning I was unsure and anxious of how this process works. Omar explained the process and timeline thoroughly, putting my mind at rest, and got me excited to build with DreamStart. He found me the right piece of land and helped me bring my vision to life with his excellent design of the house. I was very impressed with his communication, skills and knowledge in this field. He always responded promptly to any of my queries. The building process has been fast and efficient so far, and we are in the third stage of construction. I am very happy with DreamStart, especially with Omar Khirzad´s professional service.
