We recently built our home with Proper Builds and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, which really helped make the process smooth and stress-free. The build quality is excellent, with beautiful finishes and high-end materials throughout. The construction was completed quickly, yet nothing ever felt rushed. We were also really impressed with the generous inclusions that came standard. A big thank you to Stefan and Ray, who was always friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. We’re so pleased with the final result and would confidently recommend this builder to anyone looking to build their dream home.

I had an outstanding experience building my home with this company. From start to finish, their communication was smooth, responsive, and professional. They provided invaluable assistance with the design process and incorporated so many great features into my home. What really stood out was their competitive pricing—they offered excellent value without compromising on quality. The entire process was so positive that I wouldn’t hesitate to build with them again in the future. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused builder, I highly recommend them!

After an extensive search for the right builder to construct our ICF home, and speaking with several people experienced in ICF construction, we were thrilled to find Proper Build. They truly offer a one-stop shop solution. Their ICF blocks—infused with graphite—are a newer generation product and 40%–50% stronger than standard blocks. As part of the package, they also supplied high-quality double-glazed windows, which was a huge bonus. The team was incredibly patient with all of our requests and completed our home in a surprisingly short amount of time. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’ve already recommended Proper Build to my mum, and she’s now very close to signing with them too. A big thank you to Ray and the entire team—your support made a world of difference!
