From the beginning, we’ve appreciated the high level of patience and the genuine effort to listen to our ideas, needs, and concerns. Every discussion felt collaborative and respectful. What stood out to us was the way he would offer honest advice, especially when he disagreed with certain design choices. His explanations were always clear, well‑reasoned, and grounded in expertise — something we truly value, particularly given his strong background in naval architecture, which is reflected in the precision and structure of his work. He is a great plan drawer, able to turn concepts into practical and efficient designs. On top of that, he brings excellent price knowledge across different trades and additions, helping us understand cost impacts early and make informed decisions without surprises later on. We also found him consistently friendly, well‑mannered, and easy to work with. Whenever a design challenge came up, he offered creative alternative options that often improved the overall outcome.   We have finally signed up with Summit and couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. John Williams has been absolutely exceptional. We truly can’t speak highly enough of him. Over the past six months, John has worked with us not just as a sales consultant, but as a mentor and guide—carefully walking us through the design, costing, and overall process with patience, honesty, and transparency. What really stood out to us was that John was never pushy. Instead, he took the time to genuinely understand our brief, offered thoughtful advice, and ensured we were comfortable and confident with every decision before moving forward.   The Summit team have been nothing but amazing throughout our build. Emma, Carl and Adam were literally a dream team, which just made our experience very enjoyable and comforting. The quality of the build has been brilliant, with our building inspector complimenting them on thier work at our PC inspection. The team behind the scenes also need a shoutout as they run a very smooth operation, with a high level of client care. I've worked in the residential development industry for 20 years and would highly recommend anyone looking to build thier home, investment and or development with them.
