Their team consistently delivers high‑quality work, communicates clearly, and approaches every project with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude. What stands out most is how easy they are to work with. They’re dependable, honest, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. We have built, subdivided and renovated several times and can not recommend Sean and Luke from Tooltime highly enough. Their attention to detail and commitment to giving us what we really wanted in a home made us feel incredibly supported and heard throughout the process. The guys are so down to earth, very good with communication and highly skilled in building. The greater team of tradies are also great, respectable guys. We thoroughly enjoyed the renovation process.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Sean and Luke from Tooltime Construction to build our home in East Fremantle, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our build took place during a particularly challenging time in the industry, with supply chain issues and material shortages creating hurdles for many projects. Despite this, the Tooltime team navigated these difficulties with incredible efficiency and resourcefulness, keeping everything on track while maintaining an exceptional build quality. A huge thank you to Sean and Luke and the rest of the Tooltime family for their dedication and expertise and for going above and beyond to ensure our vision was brought to life. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional builder.

We simply could not recommend Tooltime more highly! Luke and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. Their comprehensive industry knowledge, professionalism, support and dedication were second to none. They delivered before schedule, and treated the renovation of our 100 year old home like it was their own. The whole team were very engaging and were always happy to chat during our daily site visits. Building and renovating always has its fair share of hiccups but these were dealt with professionally and quickly every time. We still have people stop and speak to us when walking past our home to say how fast the build went and more importantly to say what an incredible job they did. A huge thank you to Luke and the wonderful team at Tooltime Construction!

Tooltime Construction built an extension on our very small home in Palmyra adding another bedroom with walk in robe and bathroom and a large living room. Luke was forthcoming throughout the entire process, provided accurate costing and timeline for the job all the way through to completion. The Tooltime’s trade crew were kind, respectful, very professional and highly proficient. Special shout out to their head carpenter, Lachie, or everything he did to make sure everything went up smoothly. Both Luke and the whole crew did a great job across a short timeframe to delivery the project that we’re really happy with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tooltime to friends and family in the area.
