We have built, subdivided and renovated several times and can not recommend Sean and Luke from Tooltime highly enough. Their attention to detail and commitment to giving us what we really wanted in a home made us feel incredibly supported and heard throughout the process. The guys are so down to earth, very good with communication and highly skilled in building. The greater team of tradies are also great, respectable guys. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Sean and Luke from Tooltime Construction to build our home in East Fremantle, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. In our opinion, Tooltime Construction is the best in the business. Simple. Our new residential build was delivered on time and to budget. Luke and Sean are so easy to deal with, are incredible problem solvers and their team is reliable, friendly, hardworking and creative – we actually miss running into them onsite! We moved in a month ago and are thrilled with the quality of our new home. We couldn’t recommend Tooltime highly enough.

We simply could not recommend Tooltime more highly! Luke and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. Their comprehensive industry knowledge, professionalism, support and dedication were second to none. They delivered before schedule, and treated the renovation of our 100 year old home like it was their own. The whole team were very engaging and were always happy to chat during our daily site visits. Building and renovating always has its fair share of hiccups but these were dealt with professionally and quickly every time. We still have people stop and speak to us when walking past our home to say how fast the build went and more importantly to say what an incredible job they did. Tooltime Construction built an extension on our very small home in Palmyra adding another bedroom with walk in robe and bathroom and a large living room. Luke was forthcoming throughout the entire process, provided accurate costing and timeline for the job all the way through to completion. The Tooltime’s trade crew were kind, respectful, very professional and highly proficient. Special shout out to their head carpenter, Lachie, or everything he did to make sure everything went up smoothly. Both Luke and the whole crew did a great job across a short timeframe to delivery the project that we’re really happy with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tooltime to friends and family in the area.
