I’ve had a really positive experience so far building with Easystart Homes. The process has been clear, well-structured, and easy to follow, which has made what could be a stressful time feel a lot more manageable. A big part of that comes down to working with Travis Fancourt. I actually came across Travis while inspecting another Summit Group display home and was immediately impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care. It didn’t feel like a typical sales interaction & he took the time to understand what I was looking for and answered questions in a way that gave me real confidence in the process. That experience is what led me to specifically choose him to work with on my build. Throughout the journey so far, Travis has been fantastic. He’s been patient and supportive while I navigated a few challenges along the way, always making himself available and providing clear, honest guidance. Nothing has felt rushed or pushed, and I’ve appreciated how upfront and honest he’s been during the early stages. His communication has been strong, and I’ve felt well-informed at every step. Building a home can be overwhelming, but having someone like Travis in your corner makes a huge difference. Looking forward to seeing everything progress once titles are issued and construction begins.

Building my home with Easy Start Homes has been an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. We are in the preconstruction phase of our build with EasyStart (Summit). Having reached out to a few building companies EastStart was our second team, approached for a house and land package. From day one with our initial contact with Terri, to the consultation and services provided by Oscar we have had amazing support. Oscar is approachable, friendly and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to preparing to take that step in building your first home. Any questions we have had, have been answered quickly with consistently. Oscar has been working with us closely to understand our individual wants/needs and has provided regular updates throughout our land purchase process. We look forward to continue working with Oscar throughout our house build journey.
