  I wanted to take a moment to highlight the positive experience I’ve had so far working with Travis Fancourt at New Gen Homes. Since engaging with Travis about four weeks ago, Travis has been great to deal with. We began our search by researching online and visiting several display homes, however it was Travis who really helped us understand the logistics of building a first home for our situation. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and clearly explained the different building options and modern features available. After our initial meeting, we felt much more confident that the home we wanted was actually achievable. We eventually brought my family along to go over our specific wishlist, and we were all impressed by Travis’s professional approach and his technical knowledge of design and construction. Since then, we have had responsive communication. We’ve asked a lot of questions and refined ideas, and we visited homes currently under construction to help visualize our design. Travis has been very responsive and helpful throughout this entire period; nothing has been too much trouble for him. As a result of this positive start, we have now signed the contract. This is a significant milestone for us, and we feel comfortable moving into the next stages of the build. We are looking forward to seeing the house come together and am confident the final result will be a great home and a solid investment!

  I’ve had a really positive experience so far building with the Summit Group. The process has been clear, well-structured, and easy to follow, which has made what could be a stressful time feel a lot more manageable. A big part of that comes down to working with Travis Fancourt. I actually came across Travis while inspecting a New Gen Homes display home and was immediately impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care. It didn’t feel like a typical sales interaction & he took the time to understand what I was looking for and answered questions in a way that gave me real confidence in him and the process. That experience is what led me to specifically choose him to work with on my build. Throughout the journey so far, Travis has been fantastic. He’s been patient and supportive while I navigated a few challenges along the way, always making himself available and providing clear, honest guidance. Nothing has felt rushed or pushed, and I’ve appreciated how upfront and honest he’s been during the early stages. His communication has been strong, and I’ve felt well-informed at every step. While I ultimately moved forward with Easystart Homes, Travis has remained my consultant within the Summit Group and has been fantastic to work with throughout. His professionalism and consistency across both brands have been a real credit to him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Travis to anyone considering building with New Gen Homes or anywhere within the Summit Group. Building a home can be overwhelming, but having someone like Travis in your corner makes a huge difference.

  Initially, we were considering purchasing an established home, but we could not find what we were looking for in our desired area. My wife suggested that if we could find a display home that met our preferences without needing alterations, we would consider building. We visited the New Generation Homes display home and met Brian, who was very helpful. He listened to our needs and helped us find the ideal house that aligned with our requirements. Brian has always gone above and beyond and has stayed in contact with us through every stage to ensure we are happy with everything and that everything is going well. Next, we met Ryan from the finance team, who was also very supportive. He took the time to understand our financial needs and secured the best financing option for us. Ryan was always there to answer any queries we had, no matter how big or small they were. Lubaina from Prestart was the next person we encountered. Her knowledge and attention to detail was outstanding. She offered valuable suggestions that enhanced our vision for the house. Her recommendations, such as optimizing the placement of bins and addressing unused space in the wardrobes, were practical and cost-effective, things that hadn't even crossed our minds. Her knowledge of colour schemes was vast and very helpful, she assured me that the colours I had chosen will flow nicely inside and out. Overall, our experience has exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to the next phase of building our dream home.

  We haven't begun construction yet, but we wanted to share our positive experience so far with New Generation Homes. Travis Fancourt, our consultant, has been fantastic to work with. He is incredibly efficient, with prompt responses to our many questions and queries! Travis clearly has a wealth of experience in his field. He took the time to really understand our needs and preferences, providing insightful guidance, which we especially appreciated as first-time home buyers. Travis also offers some great exclusive promos that made New Gen Homes stand out as the right choice for us. Overall, Travis made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions. We’re excited to move ahead with New Gen Homes as our builder and would highly recommend them to others.

  Happy to share our experience dealing with Travis Fancourt from New Gen Homes to date. From the start around 4 weeks ago Travis has been excellent to work with. This is my son’s 1st home and he and his partner initially ventured out to a number of displays to start their search after researching online. The display home impressed them up front but it was Travis who immediately started to guide them, listen to their needs whilst explaining the process, explaining differences of building options and much more. They came home excited to share they felt they could get their “dream home” and wanted us to all go see him again with their “wishlist” to discuss further. Immediately I met Travis I was impressed with his professional and guiding approach, his knowledge of design, construction, key innovations now available and overall passion for the process was evident. We have been liaising since, asking lots of Qs, tweaking ideas & visiting homes under construction to help visualise my son’s design. Travis has responded quickly, to guide and advise, nothing has been too much trouble and as a result we have now signed the contract to build my son’s home. Having dealt with new home builders for many years personally I would say Travis has been one of the best consultants for the reasons mentioned above… we are excited for the stages to evolve and confident that the end result will be a fabulous home and great investment!

  We had a wonderful experience building with New Gen Homes, and we can’t speak highly enough of our sales representative, Steve. From our very first meeting, Steve was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home design to suit our needs. He took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and ensured we felt confident and informed in our decisions. What truly stood out was his communication and transparency. Steve was always prompt in responding to us and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free.
