My wife & I engaged Voller Builders in November 2022 to build our house in Mount Martha after a recommendation from our drafting people. We were immediately impressed by the professionalism of the team at Voller Builders and the initial presentation was first rate. Our home was completed within 9 months including the Christmas break. All of the sub-contractors used were excellent, we could not fault any of them. Our neighbours even commented on their friendliness & the quality of their work. During the build any requested alterations or variations were handled promptly and without hesitation or rejection. We would highly recommend Voller Builders as a high quality and reputable builder.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the effort that you and your guys put in to building our home in Melbourne Road Rye. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Voller Builders. Having never built a home before, we were quite apprehensive about the enormity of the undertaking. But after meeting Diccon: thanks to him and his friendly team at Voller Builders, things happened more easily than we could have ever imagined. The Voller team and Diccon and Kristie in particular were easy to contact and always available for clarifications. They also provided sound advice regarding aspects we were not familiar with. We knew what we could expect without smoke and mirrors, or hidden costs. The whole team became more like friend’s and we could ring them virtually any time to seek clarifications or advice. Thanks to the Voller team, we had a beautiful house built to our specifications at an affordable price and in quick time. Your attention to detail was relieving for us both, and your experience and knowledge was invaluable when it came to our design decisions. We will definitely be building with you again! We have no hesitation in recommending Voller Builders to anyone interested in building a house and will solicit their services ourselves if we build another house.

Our project with Voller Builders was a great experience. Turning our basic house into our dream home with a shared vision and passion to get it right. Diccon and his team of tradies, plus his office manager Kristie, are brilliant to deal with and incredibly professional from start to end. Our house is now a home and we can't thank Diccon enough for helping us make this a reality.

We recently engaged Voller Builders to undertake a renovation & updating of the exterior of our home. From the initial meeting and providing a quote Diccon was thorough and detailed in his communication. He was always prompt and the work was commenced (& completed!!) within the stated timeframe. Work included replacing a deck, relining the balcony, and modernising the carport with shadowline and putting in two windows as well as replacing a lot of old timber work on the house. Diccon has an eye for detail and the result was even better than we had expected. As Diccon had provided a detailed quote there were no nasty surprises when we received the final invoice. We were so happy with the job that we have had Diccon complete another smaller renovation when we decided to enclose part of the balcony. Once again the job was completed in a professional and prompt manner. We do not have any hesitation in recommending Voller Builders to our friends and family.

Diccon was recommended to us as being a very professional builder, whose work was first class. We engaged Diccon to refurbish our en suite. The resultant outcome exceeded our expectations. It has drawn very positive responses from people who have now seen Diccon's work. Diccon's costs were very favourable compared to competitors. I would recommend Voller Builders to anyone seeking building services.
