Max's Asset Property Services recently engaged Niven Builders for a renovation for one of our clients at Moonah links in Fingal. This was to deal with water ingress issues at our clients home, and a pool area that need upgrading. Right throughout every step of the project, the communication was first rate and we worked through each issue that the job presented togeather. They came up with cost effective solutions, and our client appreciated the seamless way the work was carried out. We highly recommend Niven Builders for any project you are considering to undertake. Thank you to Peter, Cary, and all the team at Niven Builders. Max Baker - Owner - MAPS

NIVEN BUILDERS transformed my tired, dated house that had several structural issues, cracks & creaky floors into a modern bright solid beautiful home. I’m so happy with the result Peter & his team achieved. They made several excellent suggestions which I included, to improve both the building and the interior to make it more functional & comfortable for myself and family. The team were always friendly, caring & professional, with great workmanship & listening to my needs. Cary’s time with me communication & attention to detail was fabulous, Nathan’s memory of my preferences and checking in with me was great and the apprentices were always a happy respectful crew. I was always welcome for site visits to check in on progress and loved the way photos were taken as work proceeded so I could always see the details. Peter always took the time to explain the issues that were discovered and how the best way to proceed would be. Peter has really gone above and beyond in so many ways to make everything work for all concerned. I highly recommend Niven Builders as an excellently skilled & caring company. I love my New Home. Thank You Talana Rose

We have just moved in to our bespoke/dream home and are so happy we chose Niven Builders to complete the build. Peter and his team took the time to listen and work together to achieve the best outcome for our build. Nothing was too much trouble. The consultation process during the build ensured our finished home was all we had envisioned. This included following up discussions with a written record of decisions made and pictures of items selected, so we always knew what choices we had made. We made many site visits during the build and we were always made welcome. The site was very clean and tidy. Peter and the team produced a quality build that is obvious to all who visit our home. Peter is a gentleman and it was a pleasure to work with him and the team. He did everything possible to ensure we are happy clients. We highly recommend you contact Peter as you will benefit from his experience and the pride he takes in the build he completes. Chris & Dianne Allan

I had the good fortune to come across Niven Builders when we were looking to build our new home in St Andrews Beach in 2012. Peter Niven is fantastic. I have worked with many builders in my work life and none have come close to Pete and his team. Pete said early on that he'd work hard to ensure we had a great relationship all the way through. I'm a difficult customer at the best of times. Pete was right, we still do have a great relationship, he and his team built us a beautiful home and in 2019 we have just finished an extension which is incredible! Pete's team is like family, no tempers, no rudeness, just honest people doing great work, nothing is too much trouble. Get in touch with Pete if you are looking to build. He can get you in touch with me if you like, I'd be happy to show you my home and answer any queries. Niven Builders are true craftspeople! All the best, Tim

I attended a BigPlan Walkthrough with Peter Niven (Niven Builders). It was an excellent experience. Peter and I already had a very good understanding with each other as to the floor plan for my new home. However, the time at Big Plans Melbourne was invaluable for walking through the home at scale, and talking about (for example), the positioning of the fixtures in the bathrooms. I would highly recommend taking the time to do a walk through of the floor plan (such as this) for anyone who wishes to build a new home. I would compare it to having a building and pest inspection carried out when you are considering the purchase of an established home.
