Kaiser Homes, led by Ahmet Oruç, represents everything you could hope for in a builder. Integrity, quality, and genuine care. While I haven’t built with them yet, I’ve seen their work, followed their projects, and spoken to people who have. The verdict is clear: Kaiser Homes is in a league of its own. Ahmet Oruç isn’t just a builder, he’s someone who takes pride in every detail, treats clients like family, and stands behind every promise. In an industry where trust is everything, Ahmet has built a reputation that’s rock solid. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just beautifully designed, well built homes delivered with honesty and passion. When the time comes, I won’t be shopping around. I’ll be building with Kaiser Homes, because I know I’ll be in safe, capable, and trustworthy hands. If you want peace of mind, outstanding craftsmanship, and a builder who genuinely cares, there is no one better. Five stars isn’t enough. This is what building with confidence looks like.

I live in Sydney but I have family in Melbourne where I was born and cannot speak more highly of the director Ahmet Oruc and the entire Kaiser homes team. They did some major landscaping work at my brother’s property and the place is now completely transformed and looks awesome. The homes they’re designing and building are brilliant too!!

This is not your run of the mill building company, I was advised on how to go about the extension right from the beginning before I made any plans. I am glad I spoke to them first as I was able to make the plans accordingly and advised how to get necessary permits etc. The build was done with quality in mind and alot of the tradies they brought over were mostly ontime. Greatest thing about them is you can call them anytime and they usually answer the phone or get back to you. End result was a great extension and reno job. Very happy with outcome.
