  We had a great exp with building with Urban Edge during the Covid period. They let us visit their show rooms earlier before the lockdowns, their build schedule was on time and nothing over budget. Only one small defect we got fixed after the hand over process. There is no portal or systems to check for updates, but our project manager kept us up to date via emails and calls. Thanks!

  We moved into our new house just over 5 years ago, and although we had a very long building time with many changes of supervisors and loads of other issues (mostly office staff) along the way, we do have a beautiful house that is top quality more or less all through. We did have private inspectors coming through during the build and that was probably well spent money as we totally love our house and there has never been any bigger issues with it. So if you are willing to pay extra to get the best out of a house, hire a private inspector to check it all. With UrbanEdge you can enjoy the choice of changing your house plans way more than other builders so you can make it your own. So we ended up being very happy we went with them although hating the whole process along the way😁 And with that said, we have no idea if it would have been any better going with any other builder instead, we guess they are more or less the same when it comes to the matter. We would have given a 5 star if it was not for all the problems along the way, but a well deserved 4 for the quality build we got from them, so thank you UrbanEdge.

  SO FAR SO VERY VERY GOOD. We decided on Urban Edge due to their beautiful designs and after looking at so many different builders nothing compared so we took a chance and they haven't disappointed. Their customer service has been excellent. We were very specific we what we wanted and they didn't let us down - dealing with the estate guidelines to ensure the best result for their clients. We are currently in the construction stage and our on site team has been fabulous - providing regular updates and ready to answer any questions. We have a private inspector and all is progressing really well. Can't wait till we reach the handover stage.......

  Our initial interaction with Melanie at the display homes in Clyde North was fantastic. She was very helpful and informative. From there, Luke did an amazing job of guiding us through the initial stages of our knock down rebuild. He was always available to give advice and clear direction. He is highly professional and we have been so happy with our experience so far and very excited to begin building soon!

  I've recently built an urban edge home & I am so pleased with the finished qualities. Along the way we had some big fights & the contact staff kept asking me to calm down as these are just normal teething problems. I have to acknowledge now that they were right & l hate the taste of humble pie. I have two other blocks to put houses on & these guys r now my builder of choice because they tell the truth at every stage of the process - whether u like it or not. TRY THEM OUT!
