  We recently built a 2 bedroom granny flat with Superior Granny Flats in Creswick. Overall we are very happy with the company and would recommend to others. (Which we have) Rob Scrivano was our PM for the job and did a good job with the coordination of the build. We found the superior team (Simon, Doug, Craig, Rob, etc) were quite professional and responsive to deal with. All the trades were great and friendly and did a great job, special mention to the painters George and Diana who did a brilliant job. The quality of the built is excellent, however during handover we found very few defects, which we are waiting to get resolved. Being so close to Christmas it was too late to get these fixed before the New Year. The construction period took just over three months. One area that i would say needs improvement is communication on scheduling. Especially when dates for trades are changed (which I understand does happen) with no updates to customer who is expecting someone to turn up and doesn’t. Overall a great company to deal with and would highly recommend to anyone looking to build a granny flat to give these guys a look.

  We built our granny flat in Narre North with Superior Granny Flats and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Ben was awesome to deal with and really helped us customise the design to suit what we wanted. Doug did a great job with the plans, and Rob, the site manager, was amazing — always keeping us updated and explaining all the little details along the way. Big thanks to all the tradies too for doing such a great job. The granny flat turned out exactly how we hoped, and we’d definitely recommend Superior Granny Flats to anyone thinking of building one!

  I have just moved in to my new granny flat in Frankston South and couldn't be more thrilled. Simon, Ben, Rob, Craig and their wonderful tradesmen worked really hard right from the beginning, working through issues with a covenant on the property to the house being completed within the timeframe I was given. The finishing touches are really beautiful with quality fittings and appliances. I highly recommend Superior to anyone looking to build in their backyard. 👍

  Adapted the plans for the 2 bedroom 60m2 plan to a 1 bedroom. WIR, with Laundry and all the staff went above and beyond to accomodate our visions. The process from start to finish was amazingly supportive and informative. Project manager Rob was always available to take my calls and kept me up to date with the next steps in the process. Nothing was too much.. Would definitely recommend Superior Granny flats to anyone looking at building their own. Thanks again team

  We have recently completed our build in Woori Yallock and Superior Granny Flats have exceeded our expectations in every way. From our first consultation with Simon and Doug in the showroom to the final handover, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. Every stage of the process was handled with care and expertise, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Our Project Manager, Rob, kept in regular contact throughout the build. He let us up to date on deliveries and trades seamlessly and was always available to answer our questions — even on weekends and after hours. His dedication and commitment truly stood out. The build quality is outstanding: solid construction, excellent finishes, and meticulous attention to detail in every room. A big thank-you to all the tradespeople involved; each one was professional, helpful, and accommodating. We would happily recommend Superior Granny Flats to anyone looking to build. It was an absolutely positive experience from start to finish!
