  Mode Group recently completed a medium-sized renovation on the downstairs area of our home in Diamond Creek. They transformed a disconnected 1980s DIY rumpus room into a more practical and connected part of the home, including a large new bedroom, a storage room, and updated living space — all now linked to the main house via a solid hardwood staircase. The renovation involved significant structural changes, including stump removal and reworking the layout to accommodate the new stairs. Ryan and the team were great to work with — approachable, professional, and full of helpful advice throughout the build. They also handled all the paperwork, permits and reports with ease, which made the process smooth and stress-free. All the tradies involved were highly skilled and respectful, and the quality of work was excellent. We’re really happy with the result and are planning to use Mode Group again for another renovation in the next few years.

  My son and daughter-in-law chose MODE for their complete home construction (just before Covid) and they are really happy with their finished home. I was inspired, and felt confident that MODE would do a great job. The end product of my bathroom renovation is exactly how I had imagined it. Well, better actually. I now actually invite the neighbours over to have a look, the most common comment is "wow". I love it. I'm happy to recommend MODE

  I engaged Mode to do a complete internal renovation of my house. This included 2 bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, reconfiguring several walls, replacing all internal doors, installing a gas fireplace, full paint job, bricking up an old external door, new lighting throughout and a range of other patch jobs. Right from the outset we felt confident in choosing these guys. They’re a big enough company that they have a wide range of staff with all different skills but small enough that you can speak to the owner (Ryan) and get a response same day. We’re thrilled with how the project turned out. Most importantly they were finished on time (bar a few little odd jobs) and we had no budget blow outs, it was a very smooth experience overall. The only thing that would have been a negative was that we weren’t happy with how the tiling on the fireplace turned out but Mode completely stripped it and did it again from scratch, no questions asked. This, combined with the overall quality of work and finishes means that I have no hesitation in recommending Mode to others.
