Modern Solutions recently removed our old pergola and built a brand-new one, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Our old pergola was a uniquely designed and engineered timber structure made from large Oregon beams, and I was initially quite worried about the removal process because of its complexity, size, and the thickness of the timber. However, Darren and his team showed outstanding professionalism and expertise. They approached the removal methodically, taking it down piece by piece with great care — and even set aside the Oregon timber for us to keep. The entire team was highly experienced and took care of every aspect of the project, from drainage considerations to natural-lighting requirements. They designed the new pergola so that it provides excellent coverage while still allowing the early-morning sunshine to pass through just as we requested. The final design suits the space perfectly, and the workmanship is exceptional. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish, and the end result is beyond our expectations. We’re extremely impressed with the quality of their work and would happily recommend Modern Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional team.

We have just used Modern Solutions to build our outdoor patio. We are more than happy with Darren and his team. After a long agonising decision on which product to choose and what company to build with, we have been pleasantly surprised with how good the final job and service was from these professional and friendly team members. All Darren's staff were very pleasant to deal with especially Jamie.
