We just completed and sold out a 4-unit development constructed by Impressive Homes, and what a great team to work with! Everyone in the team made the whole process as smooth as it could be. Special thanks to Daniel, Lauren, Michael, Chelsea, and Brianna who attended to our enquiries in a very timely manner. They completed the build earlier than initially planned, build quality is excellent which was commended by the building inspectors, and post construction service is amazing. I look forward to working with them again in the next project.

We couldn’t be happier with our forever home, completed in April 2022 by Impressive Homes! We came to Dan and his team with our design, with a request to build a sustainable, all-electric, airtight home built with passive house principles, and it has truly exceeded all our expectations. Everyone says "don't build- your budget and timeframes always blow way out" but this was not what we experienced with impressive homes! The budget stayed within expectations and our brand new custom home was built in 9 months! We have built our dream family home with the team at Impressive Homes and Developments Pty Ltd (IHD) through such a challenging context of COVID-19 pandemic, construction industry pressures with supply shortages and staffing constraints and we have been nothing but impressed! From signing the contracts in November 2020 and being presented with keys in April 2022, the IHD team have been wonderful to work with, their skilled on-site trades are complimented by their first class office processes that kept the project on track, within budget and to our expectations as clients. Working with a local builder for our custom home has enabled us to invest locally and contribute to the development apprentice skills and create jobs which is important in the community.
