  We had a great experience building our home with Sienna Homes here in Deanside. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and well managed. The build quality is excellent, and the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Jackie , who was incredibly professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire journey. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and communication was always clear and honest. Sienna Homes delivered our home with a high standard of workmanship. We truly felt supported at every stage of the build.

  I built a four-bedroom, double-storey home with Sienna Homes in 2019. They made the entire building process simple and transparent — from the initial contract stage through each phase of construction to the final handover. Every stage was clearly explained, and I was well informed and guided throughout by the project manager. Sienna Homes provided quality materials and demonstrated excellent workmanship in the construction of my home. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Recently, my home was affected by severe weather, and the fascia wall panels were blown off by heavy winds. I also experienced some difficulties with my insurance claim. Fortunately, the house was still under warranty. Once I informed Sienna Homes about the situation, they responded promptly and rebuilt and restored the fascia wall without delay. I am extremely happy that I chose to build with Sienna Homes and truly appreciate their ongoing support and commitment to their customers.

  I recently completed my home build with Sienna Homes, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. There were no delays, and communication at each stage was clear, timely, and informative. My Project Coordinator, and she was fantastic from start to finish — always responsive, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She consistently took the time to answer all my emails and questions. My new Construction Manager, joined toward the end of my build, and I only wish he had been involved from the beginning. He ensured everything stayed on schedule, was easy to contact, and always went above and beyond to assist. Even after completion, he’s continued to be helpful with any post-settlement queries. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience with Sienna Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone considering building.

  Another big thanks to Sienna Homes for their excellent customer service. I had an issue with a squeeky soft close cabinet door which I have neglected to address for the past 2 and a half years and upon contacting Sienna Homes it was rectified free of charge by the original cabinet makers within 48 hours of raising the issue to them even though the product was no longer covered under warranty. Big thanks to Topwood Cabinet Makers on their excellent workmanship and customer service. Whilst I am here I may as well give a 2 and a half year ownership review of my Sienna Homes townhouse. Overall the build quality is very good, brickwork, tiles and paint have great attention to detail. All appliances have been without issue as well as all of the electrical and plumbing work. No problems with any windows, doors or locking mechanisms. No leaking or roofing issues. Their customer service both during the build process as well as their after sales support has been excellent. I highly recommend Sienna Homes.

  We have just completed our second build with Sienna Homes and highly recommend them. All staff members have been very easy to work with from signing Contracts and then throughout the building process. They are prompt to respond with any enquiries you may have, very friendly and courteous at all times. This second build saw the introduction of fortnightly emails from our Supervisor to advise of what works have been done in the past fortnight and what is coming up - great communication and always a phone call away from any queries you may have. The whole process for both builds was smooth and the quality of the build was exactly as expected and quoted. Thanks Sienna Homes.

  We got our 3 bed townhouse in Clyde north,completed recently by Sienna Homes. We are very Happy with the house. During the build our site supervisor kept us uprated on each stage. Untill the hand over he kept his service in the same level. We are very thankful to him. From the first step to the completion,The lady at the display home and the Office staff had been very professional and prompt. I Thank Sienna sincerely and wish them best in all future projects.
