We recently finished a 2br,1bath 2nd floor extension and we're extremely happy with the results. Jack and the team kept the project running smoothly and we were always well informed with the progress of tradie schedules. The end result is just what we wanted to expand our home. Jack even helped us with another plumbing job well after the project was complete. I'd definitely recommend the friendly crew at Extensions Unlimited if you're after a home extension.

We just had our handover meeting today & can attest to the rave reviews given to Extensions Unlimited. This was our once in a lifetime extension & renovation & we couldn't have picked a better building company. Everyone at EU & the trades they choose to work with were excellent. Wayne & Stuart were attentive to our needs & came up with design ideas we hadn't even thought of. Special mention to Nick, who is everything you'd want in a project manager, "no problems, only solutions". Ritchie & Trav, best carpenters in the business bar none. Shout out also to Stuart's sparkies, Nathan's plumbing guys, Shane & his team of plasterers, Taj tiler extraordinaire & PJ as well without whom it just wouldn't work! Building a 3-bedroom extension plus a full kitchen, bathroom, toilets & laundry reno whilst a family of six still lives in the existing house is no simple task. EU have been really accommodating, taking pains to work around our daily routines & working together with other trades we've engaged. Importantly, having dealt with everyone through this process, we've found all of them to be good people who do the right thing. These guys are not in the business of building extensions, they change lives. Bit dramatic but it's true!!!

A special mention must go to our project manager, Nick, who was exceptional throughout the build. He was professional, approachable, and always kept us informed at every stage of the project. Nick managed the schedule seamlessly, addressed any questions promptly, and ensured everything ran smoothly, which made the whole process far less stressful than we expected. The trades were skilled, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The end result has exceeded our expectations and has completely transformed our home. We would highly recommend this team to anyone considering a home extension or second-storey addition. Five stars all around!

After years of trying to decide whether to extend or sell and buy, we came across Extensions Unlimited from a neighbour who had used them. The whole team at EU have been fantastic to work with, from Wayne and Penni in the design and planning stages, to Nick, Ritchie and Trav on site who did an amazing job with the build. Nick's communication was excellent, and every trade that came on site was on time, courteous and diligent. We achieved what no one believes - a building project that was ahead of schedule and within budget! We're loving the extra space and can't thank the team enough for their work. Highly recommend!

Recently completed a ground floor extension with Extensions Unlimited and I am pleased to say it was an excellent experience overall. Our designer, Ted, was patient and took the time to understand our needs and vision. Once we got to construction, our PM Nick did everything he could to make the experience as comfortable as possible, especially since we were living in the front! Shout out to Ritchie, Travel and PJ for their efforts - they treated the house as if were their own. If you're looking to do an extension, cannot recommend Extensions Unlimited highly enough!

We engaged Unlimited Extensions for the addition of a storey to our ground floor house. We were advised by other builders that as the property is at the rear of the two villa plot, it is not feasible for extension. But Unlimited Extensions made it happen. We are super impressed by the quality of workmanship, the seamless management of the project, delivery ahead of schedule and the engagement by the team. Spiro, Jack and their team have done a commendable job. Highly recommended.
