  From my very first meeting with John to discuss the development of the three townhouses, I was impressed by his professionalism, in-depth knowledge, and extensive experience Throughout the entire process, John was not only highly professional but also approachable, friendly and accommodating — making what can often be a stressful experience remarkably smooth and straightforward. The townhouses were completed ahead of schedule and delivered in pristine, immaculate condition, exceeding my expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Nicki in the office, Nathan the Supervisor and of course, John — your combined efforts and dedication ensured a seamless and successful building and handover process.   From start to finish John and his entire Savvy team have been a pleasure to work with. John’s attention to detail and the quality of work is exceptional. Our job site was always kept so tidy, which was nice as we are at the start of a court. We were happy to hear and see how all the trades were so respectful to our neighbours throughout the build. If a problem arose, John had solutions before bringing it to our attention and were solved efficiently. We were kept updated throughout the entire project, which we were really grateful for. When we bought our land, John was the only builder we wanted to build our home and we feel so very thankful to be living in such a beautiful home. Would sincerely recommend Savvy Homes without a doubt.

  John Buttigieg and the team at Savvy Homes are simply exceptional! We were introduced through a friend who had an award winning home built by Savvy and we feel we have also received the same, with our architecturally designed home. That is because John builds as if it is his own home, with passion, care and excellence. Constantly communicating, forward planning, anticipating and considering the best options structurally and aesthetically to ensure the most favourable outcome. John ensures the highest of quality, with extraordinary attention to detail and workmanship, which we continue to marvel at daily. John and the team have provided us with a complete home, including landscaping, for which we are internally grateful and gratified. We are living our dream, thanks to Savvy Homes.   John was the last of 5 builders we interviewed for the build of our new home. For various reasons, we had waited 15 years to rebuild our 1950's clinker brick into our forever home and we were incredibly invested in finding the right builder to work with. After our first meeting with John, we knew we had found the person we wanted to build our home. John's product knowledge, attention to detail, innovative design ideas and ability to overcome issues as they arose was outstanding. Our build was complex with our choice to build with brick stumps, use second hand red blue clinker bricks and the need to manage a sloping block. John engaged with us when issues needing a decision or build modification arose; however he would always have a solution to the problem before we were brought into the discussion. At other times, we would only be made aware of issues once they had been successfully resolved. John insisted a part of a custom build with Savvy was for he and his team to manage all aspects of the build, with the clients only needing to be involved or briefed in if there was a design or budgetary element that required a decision. We know many of these issues required John engaging in high level negotiations with external companies and trades to ensure we were provided with products and services within budget and to our agreed standard. We were so grateful for this element of the relationship. We were also provided with very realistic expectations in relation to the time the build would take with John unapologetically insisting he would only use trusted trades people who were ultimately, worth the wait. Whenever we were on site, it was extremely comforting to witness the respect the trades people had for John and his team and the genuine willingness to work to the high standard they knew John demanded. It was evident they shared the same pride in their work as John. John was also very respectful when it come to budget restraint ensuring we were briefed on any unanticipated costs and provided the opportunity to modify or forego building aspects to allow us the best opportunity to remain within budget. We were also incredibly grateful John allowed for a number of last minute changes throughout the build. Whenever we asked if we could do something differently, his response was that there was nothing we couldn’t do, he would just need to work out how and how much! John has brought together an incredible team that all work to the same exacting standards and are all an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everyone is welcoming, kind, respectful and always happy to provide whatever assistance and support you need. We have been living in our beautiful new home for over 4 months now and absolutely love every inch of it! We are so grateful to John, Nicki, Nick, Monica and the entire team for all they did to make our build such a positive and enjoyable experience and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering using Savvy in the future.

  Absolutely love our new home!! Savvy Homes out did themselves on this one. Everything fell into place and we couldn't be happier with the service, communication, the custom build and everyone at Savvy homes who helped to make this possible. Highly recommended on every aspect of the build. Mum is gonna love living here and the handover was extra special and one we won't ever forget. John thank you for making this possible and Monica thank you for all the care and attention helping to get the interior just perfect. Thanks to Nicki, Nathan and Paul as well. Won't forget how everyone came together to make this happen. Love our new home!

  A massive thanks to John and the team at Savvy homes for building our dream home. The quality and finishes at Savvy homes are far beyond our expectations. The team at Savvy homes continuously went over and above to make our experience, inclusive, informed and pleasant during a process that can be a very stressful. People say to me all the time, “I’d never build again! The whole experience was terrible”. My response is… Call Savvy homes! I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat, we had a great experience working with the team at Savvy.
