What a pleasure it was dealing with Ben from SAB Carpentry and Construction who replaced my balcony and stairs. Although the job had its challenges, Ben was able to solve any issues and nothing was too much trouble. His knowledge and attention to detail is a credit to him. After going through a very difficult and personal situation where my home was damaged, I was under a lot of pressure to have everything repaired before returning the keys to my landlord. Ben has completed a number of jobs on our external house structures, including facia replacement, cantilevered a veranda and replaced a slat pergola. Each time he has provided helpful advice, completed the work on a timely basis and left the work site tidy. Some of the detailing was quite complex and the quality was a high standard.

Ben has been great to work with on our project to join a relocated house onto our existing home as well as some unexpected renovations on the existing house. His work has been precise and careful. He is polite, communicates well and happily discussed the options with us along the way. It is exciting to bring the old back to life and blend it so nicely with the new. We will be getting him back to construct the new deck.
