I always went over the contracted price with previous builders I worked with but it never happened with RODA. They are the best team I worked with so far. I highly highly recommend them.   It’s been 4 months since Roda handed over the keys to our 3x townhouse development. There have not been any issues thus far, so fingers crossed. The building journey was very smooth given the challenges faced during the covid lockdowns. It has been a pleasure to work with the Team at Roda, shout out to Steph, Nick and David, they are professional, fair & reasonable, and we hope to have a long-lasting relationship.   We recently completed our build with Roda. The entire experience was wonderful and we absolutely love the house they have built for us. We engaged Roda for design and build, and the whole process was completely seamless. We were very particular about how we wanted our house to look and feel, and David was exceptionally patient with us through the design process. He worked towards ensuring that we were happy with the house, and we’re grateful for that. Not just David, but his entire team worked with us, and helped us through the various decisions we needed to make. They made a genuine effort to understand what we wanted. After signing the build contract, Steph from David’s team worked with us for the colours, tiles, cabinetry, and electrical and plumbing layouts. Every decision was documented in detail, which helped us reconcile what was built with what we asked for. We were very impressed by the attention to detail and professionalism that was shown. A special mention to our site supervisor Nick - he was extremely helpful and made us feel he’s working for us to ensure the house is done the way we want. Our experience with anyone we met and interacted with from David’s team was pleasant and nice. The final built house has really wowed us. We love every bit of the house and are really looking forward to making it home.

  Roda Development has been an excellent company to work with in building my units in Heidelberg West. They were professional, flexible and easy to communicate with. Their project manager, Salim, was especially good. Their work and finish is excellent, and work was completed ahead of time. I would sincerely recommend this company to future clients.

  We have our site started in March with Roda and we are half way through our build at the moment. I must admit it has been a smooth journey. Steph, our liaison officer is super responsive in replying to our questions and have always come up with good solution. Nick - our site supervisor is beyond AMAZING. We have a few site meet with him and you can tell he knows everything about the house inside out. He’s not only responsible but also ensure our house is build to a high standard. Every concern we have is addressed promptly. I cannot recommend Roda highly enough.

  I visited RODA for a consultation for a major reno, their customer service was outstanding, they offered me viable solutions to my issues and made me feel really comfortable about getting these works done. Their communication was great, and I even visited a home that they had built. Incredible attention to detail and amazing workmanship. I would use them again if I had to, everyone was so helpful!
