Wow. Just wow. Working with Simon has just been a blast, a massive job was made easy and stress free with his excellent management and communication. The work Simon and his team delivered is phenomenal and we are so so happy with the final product. All our thousands of questions were answered, and nothing was too much for Simon or his team. Simon will not only become a trusted advisor he'll also become a friend and make what could be a stressful and unpleasant experience, smooth and he'll produce results that will knock your socks off.

We had the most wonderful experience with Simon and Markese Constructions renovating our studio and master bedroom recently. The quality of work is fantastic but the best bit was how stress free it was. Simon was fabulous at communicating with us throughout the project and takes great pride in his work, going above and beyond. A breath of fresh air after some previous experiences with less considerate and unreliable trades. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Markese Constructions are amazing at what they do, we had a retaining wall and new fence put in our backyard, Simon kept us informed the entire time about what was needed and pricing. Both Simon and Ryan worked hard and even stayed until dark to get the job done. I would not hesitate to recommend Markese Constructions to anyone, their work ethic and quality of craftsmanship is second to none.

Simon recently completed some structural alterations on our period home in Reservoir in order to remove some poky old walls. His ability to adapt to the challenging situation on the old house was outstanding. After a few other builders had pulled out of the job because of its complexity, Simon did not hesitate to get in there and get the job done. Could not recommend the Markese team high enough.
