Having worked in property and completed many building projects over the last 30 years, the overall experience with Thomas Archer has been outstanding. From the initial meeting to then working closely with both Andy Williams and Jessica Jeffrey on refining the design and interior specification, the pre-construction process was efficient, extremely thorough, transparent and nothing ever seemed to be a problem. Andy, Jessica and interior designer Grant, were all knowlegeable an absolute pleasure to deal with. The construction phase was equally satisfying. Site Manager Tom Coghlin displayed experience and a high level of knowledge to deliver a brilliant, well detailed and quality home for our family. Tom's communication was faultless and every component of the build that was scheduled was completed on time and in a professional manner. Overall our experience with Thomas Archer from commencement to completion was first-class. We could not recommend Thomas Archer highly enough Justin Shanley and Kate Lawlor

We are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new home and couldn’t be happier with our experience building with Thomas Archer. The quality and attention to detail in our home is amazing and you can see the care that has gone into every part of our build. A huge thank you to our site manager, Glen Cooper. Glen was fantastic to deal with. Always approachable and happy to answer our many questions. We felt really confident knowing that he was managing our build. We’re also so grateful to our project coordinator, Jessica Jeffries. Jess made everything feel smooth and straightforward and was always friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We truly love our new home and thank the whole Thomas Archer home. We’d happily recommend Thomas Archer to anyone looking to build.

Just finished building our home and we love it. From the very first consultation with Colin and Tash, we felt supported to get us to a point where the design was exactly what we felt we needed. They took the time to listen to us, understand our vision, and made us feel confident and excited about the build. Beck, our project manager, was incredible. She guided us every step of the way with constant reassurance, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Chris, our site manager, was outstanding. He kept us informed throughout the build, was always approachable, and truly made the entire experience enjoyable. Knowing we could trust him completely gave us so much peace of mind. The final result is a beautiful home that we absolutely love and are so proud of. Building with Thomas Archer Homes was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a builder to build their dream home.

We have recently commenced our pre-construction journey with Thomas Archer and the experience so far has been exceptional. We are extremely happy with our design and how smoothly everything has progressed to date. Our design consultant has been fantastic — professional, patient, and very attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. The team at Thomas Archer have all been so supportive, helpful, and genuinely committed to guiding us through each step. They have made the experience easy to understand and always made us feel well looked after. We are really looking forward to the build ahead and, so far, cannot fault Thomas Archer. Highly recommend!!!

Very happy with our experience with Thomas Archer. At every stage of the process we were handled with utmost care, from initial discussions and design through to handover. As complete novices building our first home, we couldn't have had a better partner. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa (our project coordinator) or Steve (our building manager) and we're elated with our new home. Would build with them again without hesitation.

There’s not a day that goes by we don’t admire the beautiful work that Thomas Archer has done for us. From the start, they made the experience feel calm, collaborative and genuinely exciting. This wasn’t just about construction, it was about creating a home that reflected who we are and they absolutely delivered on that promise. Their design was thoughtful, their communication was consistent, and their integrity showed in every interaction. Before signing, we met with other builders - but Thomas Archer stood out for style and quality. They were transparent with budget, clear with expectations, and worked with us from start to finish. Yes, there were a few bumps along the way - that’s part of any building journey. But the way those bumps were handled said everything. We never felt dismissed or left in the dark. We felt heard, supported and respected. Even after the build was complete, their service continued. Post-build maintenance was fast, professional and respectful - a true extension of their care and values. We’re grateful every day - not just for the beautiful end result, but for the way we were treated throughout the journey. We appreciate every single person that we got to interact with. The best question anyone could ever ask us - the one we get all the time - is “would you build again?” Not only would we build again, we would choose Thomas Archer in a heartbeat.
