Their workmanship, professionalism and positive attitude were excellent (and the renovation has held up very well, despite being thrashed on a daily basis by young children and a dog!). We are now planning the final stage of our renovation and haven’t hesitated to contact Luke and his team to assist us again. Highly recommend!

They guided us through the entire process without ego, always making us feel heard and supported. The attention to detail was outstanding, and any issues that came up were worked through collaboratively and calmly. You often hear horror stories about renovations—but this was the complete opposite. It was smooth, professional, and even enjoyable! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled builder!

  Parker Building were the builder for a single level extension project we had designed as the architect in Newport. We came across them via recommendation and we are glad we entrusted this home with the team. They were meticulous in following our drawings and always made sure the design intent was understood. Their attention to detail on site was thorough in handling of any minor issues that cropped up. We hope to work with them again in the near future!

Luke was very responsive and polite at all times and happy to discuss any queries.He added a lot of value to our project through his design ideas and extensive knowledge. We were able to trust him to do the work and be confident in the outcome. Luke project managed the trades people who were all very good, reliable and polite to deal with and the project was on time and within budget. I would thoroughly recommend Luke and would definitely engage him again for any future building work
