We recently worked with Patten & Grant Constructions on a significant renovation of our heritage home, and overall, we had a very positive experience. Their team was easy to communicate with and maintained open, honest dialogue throughout the project. They were also flexible in accommodating our design ideas and specific requirements, which we really appreciated. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the final finish was high-end and professionally executed. One of the standout aspects was their ability to manage the renovation in a way that allowed us to continue living in the home during the process—no small feat, especially considering the challenges of working with an older building. As with most renovations on older homes, there were a few essential adjustments along the way, but Tom remained responsive, proactive, and committed to keeping everything running smoothly. We'd happily recommend Patten & Grant to others looking for a capable, client-focused construction company.

We engaged Patten & Grant Constructions to undertake a full renovation of our kitchen, bathroom and laundry. From the very beginning Tom and Kyle were always prompt in responding, listened to what we wanted and provided us with realistic expectations and advice. Their prices were competitive and upfront, with no hidden extras. The whole team, including all trades, were friendly and respectful. Even after completion of the work, when contacted regarding some minor issues, they were extremely quick to rectify. We have no hesitation in recommending Patten & Grant Constructions to anybody.

5-Star Review for Patten and Grant Constructions We recently had the pleasure of working with Patten and Grant for the construction of our new home, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The team was incredibly professional, reliable, and communicative throughout every phase. They took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful suggestions, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is exceptional – our home is not only beautiful but also built to last. What really stood out was the level of transparency. Tom kept us updated on timelines, budget, and any potential changes, which helped us feel confident and in control at every stage. They were always available to answer questions or address concerns, and they went above and beyond to ensure that the project stayed on track. Our new home is everything we dreamed of, and we couldn’t have asked for a better builder. We highly recommend Patten and Grant to anyone looking to build a new home.

Tom and his boys built our dream extension late last year. We couldn’t be happier with how it has turned out, giving us the perfect space to raise our newborn daughter and entertain friends. Cannot recommend highly enough, everything went great from day one, Tom was very big on communication and walking us through the whole build as we went along. We love our home. Thank you Patten and Grant

My parents recently completely a partial knock down, full extension, and full restoration of their home through Patten & Grant. Written on behalf of my parents- "the entire process with Patten and Grant was flawless. Open and transparent communication throughout the whole process, the tradesman were of the upmost quality but also very communicative, understanding, professional, and absolutely beautiful people to deal with. There was open communication throughout the whole build so we felt safe and secure knowing what was happening and what was going to happen. The quality of the build was the best we've had and we couldn't be happier with our new home. We had open conversations about a full knock down/rebuild, a partial, and a restoration and Patten and Grant worked with us openly and honestly to help us make the best choice for us and for the property we were working with. If anyone has any building needs, regardless of the circumstances, I am recommending Patten and Grant as we couldn't be happier with the work, the workers, and the whole process. Thank you!
