I have found the team at CDLS great to deal with firstly meeting Stacey and Leigh they were very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease, Deb in the accounts dept was very professional and talked me through transactions. I asked my building supervisor Andrew if i could take some progressive photos which he was happy to walk me through and talk about the build with me. We recently engaged Homes by CDLS to complete our kitchen/living area renovation in our 50’s weatherboard, and we are thrilled with the result. Homes by CDLS have been terrific from first consultation to completion. Leigh and Carlo met with us on several occasions at our home and listened to what we wanted to achieve. Each of the trades working on site were friendly and respectful of the space. The construction period was exactly as specified and they ensured we could enjoy our new space for Christmas. I wish to CONGRATULATE Homes BY CDLS. Nearly 2 1/2 years after our Home was completed, a Water Leak developed in the area of our HWS, Kitchen Sink, Dishwasher ,Fridge etc. with WATER SEEPING THRU THE BRICKWORK MORTAR. Contacted LEIGH at CDLS ( who was still officially on holiday ) and within an hour he had a Plumber teed up to help. Matt arrived soon after and after removing only 2 Bricks, found the Water Leak ! It was coming from a Threaded Length of Pipe to the Hot Water Tank and had split ACROSS THE ACTUAL PIPE. Very Unusual. It was great that CDLS still gave outstanding service over 2 YEARS since we were handed the keys. THANK YOU Leigh for breaking into your holiday. Foss & Linda. 6/1/25.

We had a renovation & extension by CDLS, they were great throughout the whole process. Leigh, Carlo and Stacey all gave thoughtful advice on getting the most out of our new space, and we're really happy with the results. They were incredibly considerate of the fact that we were still living in the home during the build, which we really appreciated. I would happily use them for our next project and would definitely recommend to others.
