We, like so many others, are extremely happy with our Paul Gray home. The attention to detail and quality of work from all their staff and the tradesmen they use is amazing. Any hiccups along the way were immediately addressed to a very high standard. Communication was excellent all throughout the build. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with and offered great advice. Special shout out to our site supervisor Jai who did a fantastic job (and thanks for putting up with us). We built our 4th new house with Paul Gray Builders. Having built before we knew what we wanted in the plan and the general layout. Paul, his family and the team were all fantastic to deal with, easy to work out any challenges that popped up and very professional, all throughout the build. After the initial discussions with Paul we didn’t bother looking elsewhere for quotes etc. as we could immediately feel this was the builder for us. After consulting with several builders to help us with a difficult block, Paul Gray were the only ones that were willing to work with us to find a plan that would work for us. We had to have multiple changes to the plan and nothing seemed to be a problem. We now have a beautiful home that has suited our needs. Vicki exceeded our expectations, always greeting us with a warm smile when we visited the office. Her administrative skills were outstanding, and she communicated promptly. She even went above and beyond when we had an emergency trip to overseas. Our supervisor Nathan was exceptional, helping us understand each stage of the building progress. He regularly updated us on the work status through weekly messages. The home was handed over ahead of schedule. Brodie from maintenance was very organised, quick to respond, and completed all our job efficiently. My family is very happy with Paul Gray Builders, and I highly recommend them.
