  Team Ladson were amazing to work with and as a result I now have an amazing covered deck that I will be able to spend a lot of time on. From the get go everyone in the team were professional and I can’t fault their workmanship at all. Communication was open and informative at all times. I knew exactly when each associated trade was coming and what they would be doing. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company to others and will definitely be getting them back if and when I decide to do some further additions or alterations to my home.   From the first day we met Dez, through to maintenance check the process went very well. Dez visited in person and we did a walkaround discussing all of the concepts and ideas we had for a major renovation. Dez listened well and added input as needed. From there he organised the Engineers to turn the concepts into plans and they also did a thorough job as well as offering advice to make the outcome as practical as possible. Dez and his team led the process to get all of the necessary plans and approvals all the way to commencement. It was a big job ad like the planning it was managed very well with Dez, Laura, Leah, Jordan, Harry and Dave all playing a part it getting the work done and organising the various trades, cabintery, inspections, etc. We managed to stay in the house while the work was done which was quite an achievement for us and Dez's team, but it worked and the end result is exceptional. The attention to detail, accommodation of changes and addressing inevitable hiccups was always handled very well. We have no concerns at all in recommending Ladson Renovations for your new build or renovation.
