  We engaged with Chris Harrod to undertake our ensuite renovation late 2024 In a key part of our house, the site was always kept orderly and great care was taken to ensure there was minimal disruption. From planning to handover there was exceptional attention to detail and fresh, innovative ideas transformed our ensuite beautifully. The tradesmen's workmanship was impeccable, while Chris’s project management skills kept work on schedule. Communication was clear and consistent throughout.   Chris and his team managed my major renovation project in Richmond in the first half of 2023. It was a complete internal remodel including three bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, new windows and skylights and facade uplift. I am a busy professional, and needed someone to completely project manage and deliver a high quality result. The project kept on schedule and the result is of excellent quality and workmanship. Chris suggested high quality and reputable suppliers for tiles and fittings. He provided accurate and detailed quotations and stuck to the planned timeline 100%, keeping us in the loop every step of the way.
