  Starting in late 2023 and finishing up around 12 months later in 2024, Richie and the Buena Vista Home team did an amazing job crafting our dream house. Richie and his team were able to meet our initial budget expectations under a clear and fair fixed contract. Pleasingly the team provide an exceptional level of attention to detail with minimal defects even though we were eager to move in before Christmas. When there were some unexpected changes out of everyone's control (i.e. Engineered stone banned in Australia), Richie was very helpful in allowing us to be flexible in swapping out products and cleverly built our Outdoor Kitchen with the same / leftover cladding and decking materials and an insitu concrete pour for the benchtop. Our family is now settled into our new home and we have had zero hidden surprises! We are so grateful to Richie and his team for helping us make our dream house a reality.

  We completed a major renovation with Buena Vista homes and the whole experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Renovating can feel overwhelming but from the first meeting it was clear we were in great hands. Ritchie is a real professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he approached every stage of the project with patience, honesty and care. He took the time to listen to our ideas and really understood the vision we had for our home. Not only did he take on board what we wanted, he also suggested practical solutions that improved the end result even further. Communication was excellent all the way through. We were always kept up to date with progress, timelines and any decisions that needed to be made. We never had to chase for information which gave us peace of mind during a process that can often be stressful. His team was just as impressive. Every tradesperson on site was skilled, professional and respectful. The workmanship was outstanding – the attention to detail and quality of finish is something we notice and appreciate every day. It’s rare to find a builder who delivers this level of quality while making the journey smooth and enjoyable. What really stood out was the pride and care Ritchie has in his work. He wasn’t just renovating a house, he was creating a home for us to enjoy for years to come and that showed in every detail. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would recommend Buena Vista Homes without hesitation to anyone planning a build or renovation.

  Terrific work on a reasonably sized job - kitchen, bathroom, study, floors, skylights. Great attention to detail and good communication. Good guy. And finished early!

  As the architect for our joint project in Mt Eliza, I can say without hesitation Buena Vista homes was a pleasure to work with. They understood our design and brought it to life, the final product coincided with our vision flawlessly. The communication and execution were fantastic and nothing was too difficult for the team at Buena Vista. I would highly recommend and would absolutely work with them again in the future.
