  Dear Mabel, Arturo and John Myself, Sofi and our two girls Olivia and Ariana would like to thank you and the Optimal Homes team for helping us achieve our dream home. As you know, it was a long, and sometimes painful, process for us to even get the build started due to the complex nature of the land and size of the build. The intricate details that were recommended and obtainable by Mabel at our initial consultation made us feel at ease with the realisation that Optimal Homes had our best interest at heart. We are grateful we took you and your team's invaluable advice with what we should consider to maximise the build. We are also pleased that once we were able to begin, everything went smoothly and relatively quickly (wet weather, Summer holidays, pool and retaining walls taken into account). Before meeting with Optimal, we had met with several other reputable builders who promoted themselves as sloping block specialists. However, due to the complexity of the sloping block and design of the build (three story home, excavation, terracing, modern French Provincial cross with Hampton), we were always faced with negative comments, excuses and hurdles that other builders were not prepared to jump over. Yet with Optimal everything was achievable and all involved were willing to accommodate. We feel we choose the right builder in the end for us as our forever home is well on its way to being completed precisely the way we want it, at a price that we could afford, with top quality finishes and workmanship. Optimal are delivering myself and my family a very high-quality finished home that we hope to make memories in for many years to come. I am not sure if the team at Optimal Homes understand the importance and extremity of their work or ethical approach towards this build, but they are nothing less than professional. Master Craftsman in the art of building quality custom-built homes with a professional and personal touch is how I would describe Optimal Homes. They live and breathe customer satisfaction from start to finish no matter how small or large the task at hand is. I highly recommend Optimal Homes for your next build.
